·If you choose customized services (such as specific facial features, body parameters, skin tone, etc.), the product is specially made for your personal needs, has unique attributes, and is not subject to the return and exchange rules of regular goods.
3. Irreversibility of products after unpacking:
·The product packaging (such as inner lining, fixed straps, sealed bags, etc.) cannot be restored after opening, and the product body may leave indelible marks after being taken out or touched, affecting its brand new state for secondary sales.
4. Avoid malicious returns and exchanges:
·This policy is also aimed at protecting merchants from improper practices such as "return after use" and ensuring fairness in commercial operations.

3、 Under what circumstances can we handle it?

Although we do not support 'no reason returns', we solemnly promise to provide you with comprehensive quality assurance.

If the product you receive has the following production quality issues verified by our after-sales personnel, we will strictly provide you with replacement or repair services in accordance with the national "three guarantees" policy:

·Transportation damage: Serious damage caused by transportation was discovered upon receipt (see "Receipt Tips" below for details).

Process: Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods by taking photos or videos, and provide clear and complete evidence (such as photos or videos). Our customer service will verify and process it for you.

4、 Key suggestions and tips for you

·Carefully browse: Please carefully browse the product images, detailed parameters, size specifications, and feature introductions on the website.

·When signing for:
·Be sure to inspect the goods on the spot: check the outer packaging in front of the courier for any serious damage, compression, or water immersion or other abnormal conditions.
